Can you be more specific on how it has all gone? In other words, are you using RRD Archiving (with the date drop-down box in the 'Graphs' menu) and the dates have vanished, or, do you mean that in the 'yearly' graph there is nothing but grey before 3 months ago?
If the former, then it sounds as if you have a periodic cleanup job running to prune old archives. The rrd-archive script that is shipped with routers2 does this depending on the parameters held in the routers2.conf (see the [archive] section) so this might be it.
If the latter, then probably you changed your monitoring config at that point and the .rrd files were recreated.
Unfortunately I've never used the Open Innovations bundle, so I dont know how they've set it all up, but this might be it.
