check_oracle returned a critical on my webinterface. I know that this plugin is used to check the oracle database health. But i am clueless of how to truoble shoot this issue. please help me with this Or what should be the first step in troubleshooting this issue.

Run the check command from the command line, and see if it works. Remember you need to install at least the Oracle miniclient for it to work. If you get error messages then this should help identify the cause of the failure?
