to the routers2.conf in the [web] section.

This should work, and I'm not sure why it isn't. Must be something to do with your system. Do youhave multiple instances of Perl installed (once I had a case where both perl 5.8 AND Perl 5.6 were installed, and the RRDs was in one of them and the CGI was using the other...

if i have 5.8.3, 5.8.4, 5.8.5 & 5.8.6 under /usr/lib/perl5, /usr/lib/perl5/site-perl &
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl, does it mean that I have multiple instances of Perl?
If so, how can i uninstalled other version?
I have tried to uninstall perl by "rpm -e perl", however, it failed becaused of dependencies
of other softwares.

No, this just means you have multiple perl5 module libraries, not problem since the latest can use all of them. Just make sure you don't have (for example) perl installed in /usr/bin and also in /usr/local/bin, unless it is a symlink.

This is getting to be unlikely, but I'm not sure what else could cause your problem as described.
