Hi!

I´m new to RRDTOOLs and router2.cgi.
I have installed MRTG and RRDTOOLS with no errors, when I could´nt install router2 with install.pl I even tried to install all the libs like this

But it dosent help! when I run the script i get this.
" WARNING: You do not have the RRDs Perl libraries installed into the site_perl directory correctly."

I´m running it on i386 Linux/Fedora4 box

Assuming you do not have multiple versions of Perl nstalled and have added the libraries to the wrong one, you have two options.

1. Compile with 'make site-perl'. This will attempt to install the Perl libraries into the Perl global site-perl directory, so they can be automatically found by all other applications. This is my preferred way to do it.

2. Make sure you have the 'LibAdd:' directive in the .cfg files to tell the scripts where the RRDTool Perl libraries are held. And/Or, add the directive in the routers2.conf to explicitly tell routers2 where to find them. This appears to be Tobi's preferred way to do it.

In either case, routers2 will be able to find the RRD libraries (although the install script may well not be able to, but this is not a worry).

Future versions of the install script should make a few intelligent guesses as to where the libraries may be if they cannot be immediately found.
