Hi,

I'm trying to install this on Windows 7 and there are errors during installation that say:

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Windows\system32\regsvr32.exe

R6034
An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Google tells me that this is because of a missing manifest.

I tried installing the C runtime stuff from Microsoft, but still no joy.

any suggestions?

This is a Windows7 problem; I'd not heard of this manifest thing previously, and I have no Windows 7 here to mess about with. The installer I use doesnt have any options for this...

Fortunately this should not be a show-stopper since the DLL is only there to provide a format for the eventlog entries and is not required for the agent to run.

I'll see if there is a later version of the Inno Setup utility I use which supports this manifest thing...

Update: looks like a new Win7-supporting version of Inno Setup is now available; I will obtain it and rebuild the install package when I have the opportunity.
