The graphs are sorted according to the default sort order, the same sort order used to sort the Targets menu. This can be chosen in the routers2.conf [targetnames] section, by setting the ifsort parameter. Unfortunately you do not have the option of the same order as in the cfg file because the system holds the interfaces in a hash and so loses this sequence. I suggest you make the target short descriptions (the ones used in the Targets menu) start with a number, eg '01. first target', '02. second target' etc and then they will be sorted (alphabetically) in this order? Use 'routers.cgi*ShortDesc[xxx]: yyy' to set the short description and override the default.
