This plan uses some tricks to add a layer of dirt to the 20x20 area in front of the builder.
So, if you have a big hole created in the rock by TNT, this will add a dirt layer over the top which can then grow grass.
There is also an additional plan called 'boom' that generates a huge block of TNT.
