						 Since you are probably talking windows-only here, I seem to recall that windows can be configured to send its event logs to a remote server (much like syslogd can do).  In this case, you could have all your logs for multiple machines sent to a logging server, and just explore (via network utilities) the event logs remotely on that server?
 
 Under UNIX, you could just configure syslogs to send to a remote logging server.
 
 I don't know of any web iterfaces to syslog/EventLog though
