If you'd like a forum for discussion in your own national language, then I can add one, along with support for that language (provided phpBB supports it of course).
In order to do this, you would need to volunteer to moderate this new forum (since I probably can't read it myself), and also you'd need to convince me that there are enough people who would use it.
