I am having the same problem with some of my serial interfaces. Can someone please help with this? |

This would indicate that there is no data being stored for the target, which probably means that MRTG is having some problem retrieving the stats for that interface or device. If nothing is stored in the RRD database, then routers2 will display ??? and a grey graph. Check your MRTG log file to see if there are any obvious error messages, or run MRTG interactively to see if it produces errors. Possible causes could be - * incorrect community string * invalid interface (has the device changed configuration since cfg generation?) * incorrect address for the device hostname/IP * no write permission to the RRD file (unlikely under windows) * firewall or network congestion is blocking SNMP requests to the device |
