No. Well, not really.
While this is techincally possible with RRD 1.3, there is no proper support for it in Routers2 (yet).
However, if you have RRDTool 1.3.x, and Routers2 v2.20 or later, then there is something you can do. You can put 'pango=yes' in your routers2.conf and this allows you to use Pango markup in your labels, which can include font change directives... however this is so experimental that it is not even documented, plus it will mess up the formatting (which relies on fixed-width fonts and no no-displaying characters) and so I'd really not advise it.
