The normal install package installs the 32bit versions, and the require vcredist where necessary.
However the 64bit compilation was provided by a third party; on a 64bit OS, you can replace the two .exe files the normal package installed with the two 64bit ones.
I've not been able to test this but there are many reports of success.
Hopefully someone with the necessary access can provide more detailed instruction? Until I get access to a Win2k8 64bit dev environment, I cannot make a proper 64bit install package for this.
