v2.5 http://steveshipway.org/mc/builders-helper-2.5.zip

The Builder's Helper mod for Minecraft 1.7.10 and 1.8 requires Minecraft Forge to load.

This provides cut and paste in game of structures, a structure design language, randomisation of structures and contents, tests by biome and existing block, and autogeneration in the worldgen.
