You can download a copy of the editor from here:
http://www.steveshipway.org/software/weatherman-3.5.zip

This requires Perl, and the perl HTTPS libraries (if you want to run the editor over https). It will run under Windows or X. It requires a helper CGI to be installed on the server which has the Weathermap application, which also needs to be configured.

You can obtain the Weathermap software from http://www.network-weathermap.com/

The weatherman package also includes the Nagios plugin for Weathermap, to allow Weathermap to pull status data from a remote or local Nagios server.

Just joined this forum and this topic really caught my attention. What is this weatherman software all about?
Does it have to do with getting real time weather reports in my area? Please don't laugh if I sound clueless...lol!

Weatherman is the GUI editor for the Network Weathermap software.

Is Version 1.3 the latest version of the WeatherMap/NAGIOS datasource?

There is a version 2.0 I produced in 2012 that supports LiveStatus. There is also an updated RRD datasource that supports rrdcached.
