The compact summary CSV export needs to include:
* Timestamp for start/end of timeperiod (and possibly human-readable date)
* Timeperiod length (day/month/week/year)
* MaxBytes values for metric1 and metric2
* percentages for metric1 and metric2
* unformatted values for metric1 and metric2 (currently 1024 is output as 1K)
