Hello Guys,

Is there an option to schedule downtime for a hostgroup instead of a particular host. We have on regulary basis a complete datacenter down and it takes a lot of time to schedule downtime per host.

I have succesfully implement recurring scheduled downtime which is very useful and I got option to schedule downtime for a hostgroup.

I hope that you can help me!

Standard Nagios can already do this, and in fact we use it often (we have hohstgroups defined for this purpose)

You can click on the link at the head of the hostgroup when in hostgroup view and get a set of commands you can run at hostgroup level (schedule downtime, disable notifications, etc).

Note that one link goes to the hostgroup detail, the other link goes to the commands. It is not a good piece of interface design
