Can you post the contents of your nagios/etc/schedule.cfg file? This will help me to track down the problem. I;ve not seen any day-of-week errors like this yet, though. There is a version 2.1 that has not yet been properly released that fixes a small bug in the parsing. Make sure you use commas to separate different options, not spaces (this is fixed in v2.1) The version 2.2 currently in test also uses the Nagios 2 objects.cache file correctly to process the web config tool and scheduled job better. This will be released soon, let me know if you want a beta. |

thanks for giving me all the details. This really looks like a bug. I'll try and duplicate it in v2.2 - if it is not present in the current version I'll release 2.2 as a beta and tidy it up for a full release. I'll keep you posted here. |

OK - this bug was only triggered if you ran the downtime_job at an later time of day *and* later day of week then the scheduled outage, the *first* time you ran it. So, if you run your job daily or hourly (as recommended) then you wouldnt be affected. However, its a nasty bug but fixed now. Will post v2.2 with the fix to nagiosexchange now. Thanks for the notification! |
