I got it fixed. It was a PEBKAC (Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair) or ID10T error. Take your pick.

It wasn't listing anything because the permissions for the /etc/mrtg/cfgs folder were set to drwxr-x---. I changed it to 755 and everything is displaying.

Now I need to dump all of my old RRD files to XML and import them to the current RRDs.
