How can'I have the cisco description of a interface in the left menu with the name of this interface
Interface fastethernet 0/1
description "to every where"
and on left menu of routers2
FastEthernet0/1 - "To every where"

You can set the Devices menu entry for the .cfg file with the directive:
routers.cgi*ShortDesc: Menu description
You can set the menu entry for the Targets menu for each target with:
routers.cgi*ShortDesc[targetname]: Menu description
Here, I use a modified version of cfgmaker that adds this to the files if it finds a cisco description available.
See the documentation in doc/MRTG_INFO for more details of the directives that can be added to the MRTG .cfg files.
