You can download 2.14beta4 from the web site. If you run the install, it will preserve your current routers2.conf file (and the previous routers2.cgi as well).

The security hole is a worry if you have public access to your server. The fix is a one-liner in the code and very easy to do -- the announcement thread explains how to do it if you don't want to install the latest 2.14beta
