This is a known problem, caused by the strftime support in your computer's C library.
Every different OS (different *IXes, Windows, MacOS, etc) have slightly different time formatting libraries. routers2 tries to spot them (and catches a few) but you seem to have a different one.
In the routers2.conf file, look in the [web] section for weeklabel and hourlabel. You can pick a different one there - they give different options. If you have some flavour of Windows, then make sure you have NT=yes in the file in case it was not spotted.
