I have the Windows SNMP installed with SNMP4W2K-STD.exe on top of that. They are all the default settings expect with the community name - mysnmp. Each entry is on its own line even though pasting it does not appear that way. ### Global Config Options # for UNIX # WorkDir: /home/http/mrtg # or for NT # WorkDir: c:\mrtgdata ### Global Defaults RRDRowCount[_]: 107200 Options[_]: growright Interval: 1 PathAdd: c:\mrtg\rrdtool LogFormat: rrdtool WithPeak[_]: ymw workdir: c:\mrtg\wwwroot routers.cgi*Icon: www-sm.gif ###################################################################### # System: computer # Description: Hardware: x86 Family 15 Model 2 Stepping 9 AT/AT COMPATIBLE - The problem is almost certainly with the configuration of your SNMP agent. It may be that, when you try to SNMP query the C/D/E drives, it automatically checks all others at the same time... if this is the case, disable the drivespace targets and see if it is corrected. Look into the manual for the SNMP agent. It may be that you can tell it to ignore drive A? I know there is a similar setting for the Linux SNMP agent to prevent checking of removeable drives. Steve |
