SNMP travels over UDP, so if the network or the CPU is overloaded, then this is one of the first things to be dropped. If the CPU is too busy to hear the reply, then it won't be sent again as in TCP. |

This message meets as if the Firewall on own or other Server is closed. Possible ports or access to router IP on all ports is required. Have been tested on my Cisco 3548, and this was now. |
